Our Board of Volunteers

The West Zone Board is an organization consisting of a volunteer executive comprised of: elected officers, coordinators, as well as, representations from each of the 10 community associations and four affiliated groups. The Zone Board is the liaison between the City and the groups under its umbrella. Meetings are a means of sharing information and ideas, and are held the last Monday of the month in September, November, January, March, and May at the Northwest Leisure Centre at 7:00 PM and are open to the public. Currently we are  meeting in person and by Teams online. The Annual General Meeting is held in January. For dates and times of the meetings, contact the West Zone Board Office.
